I paid $360 for this printer and it lasted just 14 months. Now I get the blue screen of death upon powering it up. When I called HP, they offered very little support or help for the broken machine and wanted to offer me a new printer. Sweet deal right? If I were to send in my old printer with a payment of $140, they would send me a new one, although a lesser model. HP has figured out how to increase their earnings on broken equipment which they will refurbish and pass on to the next unsuspecting trusting HP shopper. I'll never purchase another HP product again, best of luck if you decide to.
